NFT Ownership

Purchasing an XRPForex NFT grants you ownership of the digital asset. This includes:

Ownership does not grant rights to profits, shares, or equity in any business, entity, or trading activity related to this project.

Perks & Rewards

Holders may receive non-guaranteed perks in the form of XRP, digital assets, or other community rewards. These perks are:

Subject to availability and performance of the team’s independent Forex trading activity

Distributed at the project team’s discretion, typically on a monthly basis

$FOREX Token

$FOREX is a community utility token intended for use within the XRPForex ecosystem. It is not a financial instrument and has no intrinsic or promised market value. Airdrops are a free community reward, not compensation or income.

No Investment Advice

This project is for community engagement and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this website, in NFTs, or through communications with the team should be construed as financial, legal, or investment advice.

Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any taxes or legal obligations resulting from your participation, rewards, or NFT transactions.

Project Rights

We reserve the right to change or update these Terms, the structure of perks, or features of the project at any time without prior notice.

XRPForex is not a financial institution, investment firm, or trading fund. We do not offer or promote any form of investment contract, profit-sharing agreement, or passive income opportunity.

All rewards and perks are community gifts based on the success of independent trading activity. No holder should expect guaranteed profits or returns.

Participation in the XRPForex NFT project is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
